Fulcrum can provide a CEO or general manager to a project to lead the SPV, ensure operational compliance and strategic guidance.
An individual in this role will engage with the local community, manage communications and ensure delivery of the project aims.
STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGEMENT
Fulcrum works with partners to identify opportunities to maximise utilisation of its assets.
THE STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Analysing opportunities and maximising returns
- Driving performance and value
- Building and managing teams
- Reviewing key macro and political risks
An example of this can be demonstrated within the LIFT portfolio, where the team works closely with our NHS partners to help them get the best out of their existing buildings and facilities, ensuring the delivery of good services for local people. This means making sure all options are considered before developing more facilities, including reviewing utilisation of buildings to allow commissioners to ensure that the right facilities can be provided to support, for example, care closer to home programmes and other community-based services.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Fulcrum works with its local authority partners within the LIFT healthcare environment to identify new development opportunities. This includes new assets, or projects within an asset to support the authority in achieving its long term objectives.
THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Consulting with communities and other stakeholders
- Identifying potential sites for development or regeneration
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Managing financial transactions, including provision of investment
- Appointing expert supply chain partners
- Project management from initiation to financial close
