Fulcrum provides financial management to all assets in its portfolio, the scope of this ranges from financial governance and strategy, to core financial management. The aim on finance team is to manage compliance activities and provide its clients with information that drives decision making.

THE FINANCIAL TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Financial Accounting – This includes reporting in IFRS and FRS102

  • Book Keeping – High and low volume transaction businesses

  • Financial Modelling – Including the update and management of Operating models, the build and audit of next models and sensitivity analysis on existing project models

  • Taxation – preparation and submissions of a variety of tax items including, CIS, VAT, PAYE and Corporation tax

  • Company Secretarial Services – Maintenance of statutory registers and the administration of board cycles
